Cutting and peeling avocados can be tricky, but look how easy it is in our video. First, insert the knife inside the avocado until you hit the pit. Roll it around, while the knife touches the pit. Rotate the two halves and separate them. Then, pierce the pit with the knife, extract it and finally dig the pulp with a spoon. Now it's ready for your avocado toast or guacamole!
