Whether you use sparkling wine, champagne or prosecco, bubbles are always a good idea! But for an evening of celebration, a great cocktail is in order – don’t you think? Among the trendiest drinks for celebrating these days is the Moscow Mule. Strictly served in a copper cup.
And since the holidays have arrived, why not add some holiday cheer to the average Moscow Mule? We like the idea of serving it with a touch of red and some “snow” (made from frozen cranberries). Here’s how to make it!
Our revisited Moscow Mule recipe
Simple, delightful and sophisticated. Because we all deserve a little sweet relief on the holidays.
Ingredients
12 cl Fever-Tree Ginger Beer
5 cl of Stolichnaya Premium Vodka
Fresh lime juice
Cranberries
Mint leaves
How to make it
Fill a copper cocktail cup with ice and vodka. Add the fresh lime juice and the Fever-Tree Ginger Beer. Finally, garnish with a slice of lime or fresh ginger, a mint leaf and cranberries. Freeze the cranberries for a little while before serving to give them a frosty look. Tip: To keep the berries from sticking to one another, place them on a baking sheet with baking parchment spread apart.
A gift idea
For a fun gift idea, try giving a loved one a pack of Fever-Tree Ginger Beer and a bottle of vodka with a copper cup. Don’t forget a handwritten cocktail recipe to go with it – so you can make the first cocktails together!
