5 oz. spaghetti n”12
2 lb. fresh small clams or Italian Vongole
5 little cherry tomatoes
4 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
¼ glass of white wine
1 bunch of chopped flat parsley
1 whole parsley stem
A few whole red hot dried peppers
sea salt
Pasta cooking water (needed if dries out)
